The two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both have an ensuite bathroom and are very inviting and spacious with windows framing a view just like paintings on the Umbrian landscape.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with twin single beds and its own bathroom. The rooms feature fabulous views and are very comfortable. At the garden level there is another apartment with a separate entrance, an enormous living room with a library and open fireplace and three huge French windows opening towards the green lawn, a very spacious bedroom with double bed, another room with tv and games, small kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

The house is oriented towards a beautiful garden that merges into nearby olive groves. The garden features a swimming pool (12 x 4.50 m) facing the spectacular panorama of Tiber valley.
